All prescriptions are issued by a registered prescriber following a thorough clinical assessment. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist will review every order before it is dispensed. You must inform us promptly of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history, as these may affect the suitability of your treatment. We may require follow-up information or contact your GP where clinically necessary.
Medicines dispensed by us are for your personal use only and must not be shared or resold.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other approved payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If your payment is declined or fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel your order and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier's service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable person is available to receive your order and that the delivery address you provide is accurate. We cannot accept liability for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the matter appropriately.
